high temp paint? Do i even need to paint the calipers
I woundering will the 500 degrees paint hold up to a trake day? All the 1200 degrees paint has really crapy colors, and i just want a semi oem looking color, like no red... SO will it just melt of?
One more question, Do i even need to paint the calipers to protect them from rust? The origanal protectant that honda puts on is all off.

I powder coated my calipers when I upgraded to 282mm rotors. It was mainly for looks, as rusty calipers ruin the look of open wheels.

Biggest thing will probably be brakedust covering them,
Paint should hold up fairly decent though.

Mine were supposed to be powder coated black. Friend of friend powder coated them red. It doesn't matter because I like them and they belong to me.

My gsr came with painted red calipers. I thought it was cool at first, but after I put my wheels on, I thought they kind of ruined the look of my wheels.
