Hello I am new to honda-tech and for that matter new to honda's. I just bought an 88 accord dx coupe 5 speed with 219000 on it for 700 bucks. The problem is it wont idle after its been driven for a couple mins. I checked the plugs and they looked bad. They were all corroded and white. anyone know what this means? The guy i got it from said it had sat for a while. I'll be getting new plugs tomorrow so we'll see how that helps. Does anyone know what else may be causing it to die at stop signs? it seems to run fine once its moving.
