Mugen knock off front/rear lip for $195 shipped




Well for whatever reason, the seller's supplier never came through and I'm now being refunded my full amount. I had placed the order Dec.12th and went through this whole ordeal because I never recieved confirmation and such and I just contacted the guy to find out that I'll be getting my money back instead of the items becaues the supplier sucked ***** or whatever

I REALLY wanted this too... so now the question is... getting my money back, it's not much but I definatley can't get a front/rear lip for that cheap (unless I pay an extra $50 to pick them up locally from an ebay supplier about 2hr drive from my hous)

So the option are:

A) HFP Front lip only (don't really like the sides or rear in all honesty)
B) Mugen knock off front lip only (or maybe fork over a litle extra cash if i can for the rear and stick to the plan)
C) TWM SS kit w/weighted shift ****
D) Progress rear sway bar
E) open to your suggestions

let me stress I was REALLY looking forward to getting this front and rear lip paint matched onto my car, but that's not gonna happen anymore... I'm soo bummed now

To make the long story short, the guy I bought from still has not yet sent me my money through paypal. I've called paypal to see what I could do. So I relayed that message to this ****** and said he did send the email I asked him to send. I contact PayPal again and no email been sent. So I contact him again and he gets all pissy with me wanting MY money back cuz he has 50 other people calling him. SO, he gives me the number to the dood that was suppose to be his supplier and says that he has my money.

So at this point, I'm like Geebuz H Crimany!!! So I call this guy and ask if he knows of the guy... he says yah. So I explain to him the situation and he is very understanding and says "well... not suppose to do this but as good business practice I'm going to ship them out to you".

Cliff notes: I'm still getting the front and rear lip. My GF's dad is body & fender man so I got the hook ups on paint job

i bought the front lip...i think i was actually the first one to purchace the lip over on fgcoupe is where he first advertised it...that sucks that it didnt come through for ya man.gl

lol if I could come up with the extra $205... especially after that bill I just showed you. even then, i'll have rims with no tires and no money for the tires

being broke sucks!

twm ss. one of the cheaper mods that makes a big difference.

i'd suggest some 14" speakers....


but then again the progress sway bar has received alot of good feedback so i would go with that

um... so yah, i actually edited my post with an update.. the front and rear lip are actually coming in... (thanks to the supplier guy I spoke with) otherwise i wouldn't get either my money back or the lips

so your saying those other options you listed were stuff you wanted to get cause you thought you werent going to get those lips?

i still think the sway bar is also a good option if you have any $$ left over

correct... i'll never see the money at this point and time is the unfortunately conclusion but i'm still getting the lips at least (i pretty much got scammed off ebay) and no money left over

 

buy my rims ;].. .I'll deliver.. but yeah.. you just need a lot more haha

 

Now what rims is Type X selling?

 

Anyone have pics of this installed? I have been wanting a lip kit and didnt think there were any out besides oem HFP aero kit.

note* I said lip kit, not body kit.
