Default chipping and masss air for non v tec integra

im looking for a little bit more power from my ls but dont want to do anything drastic to the car. What i was looking at was just having it tuned by a pro and possibly having chipping the ecu and getting mass air. however i do not want a race car ship something that just gives a lil but better gas milage while at low rpm but gives more hp at high rpm. I was wondering what type of chip would do such a thing? and wondering were to find this chip and were to find mass air flow
thanks for any info

What are you talking about when you say mass air flow? Hondas do not have mass air flow, they use map sensors. and performance does not equal gas mileage so you cant have both.
