Fix vs. Adjustable
I know is a noobish question. What really is the true difference. Is it just that you can set the ride height with one and the other retains stock height with aftermarket springs. Can a suspension guru sum this up good for me.
I won't answer your question, but it is my belief that a novice driver is always better off with a fixed suspension than a adjustable one.
Too many factors to play around with on adjustable suspensions.
Adjustable can be either height and damper adjustable or only part adjustable.
Fixed is just that fixed.
Spoon fixed damper and spring set-up has been the best set up I have ever tried. Much better than the mugen set-up I am currently on.

my parents got me Skunk2 Pro front camber and rear camber kits for my 21st bday. I have had spoons before but i think since so much plays into factor with adjust im just going to get fixed with 12/10kg street setup.
if the coilover is only height adjustable.
you can install them and it is ideal to have the car corner weighted.
but if you use the fixed ones you dont need to worry about doing corner weight or anything. just slap it on and you're good to go
