Does anyone know if this is the same flange type as the tdo5 from the gredy kit? It is made for a stock turbo 1st gen DSM so it's for a tdo5, let me know if anyone has any info on this piece. If the flange is right it looks like it will physicaly fit.

Even though the Greddy TDO5-18g is a mitsu turbo, I dont think Greddy uses the same kind of Turbine housing as mitsu. The only thing that classifies that turbo as being a mitsu is the center cartridge. The compressor and turbine housings on the greddy turbos are different than the mitsu style turbos..... So im gonna say no it wont, unless you got a TDO5 Turbine housing from any DSM turbo or aftermarket DSM place. Any 14b/16g/18g/TDO5 20g will have the same style Turbine housing, as long as its a Mitsu turbo..... Yea I used to be a hard core DSM guy..... Hope that helps ya out

Being a DSM guy, know anyone who sells just the turbine housing...check out Ebay, not much luck, thanks for the info AlwayzSpoolin

 

Their is a ebay store called Bullseye performance, he sells all kinda of mitsu turbine housings.... TDO5, TDO5H, TDO6, and TDO6H.... If I remeber correctly they were around $150-$200. If you get on ebay, type in "DSM" in ebay motors in the search feild. Also http://www.SlowBoyRacing.com sells turbine housings, as well as http://www.ForcedPerformance.com .... And you can search threw the DSMTuners.com classified section as well, and im sure you will find one. If you buy one from a shop, you have a few things done, 7cm port and 34mm flapper door, if you stay internally gated which the greddy 18g is. Hope thats helps ya out.
