CRX seats will not fit unless you swap seat pans.

That doesn't sound that bad. Up here anything without rust is considered a gold mine. Post pictures and then we can throw some $$$s at ya. Or let's just say $200, that's how much I usually see rolling shells going for.

Now when you say "body" do you mean everything just not the motor...interior and all? Like the other guy said there is sooooooo much that plays a factor when saying how much the car is worth. Like how many miles on the body, rust, bondo, rust, dents, rust, interior condition and did I say rust. Pretty much if you have a body that has NO rust then it will go for 500+.
