Default 91 accord wagon funny problem. Tranny? drivetrain

Here is the deal. I can usually figure most things out but this has me stumped. Now mind you that it has been shitty here and I have not been able to get under my car to look.

91 accord wagon 5 sp. 260,000 miles on everything except the engine. I put a 96 prelude long block in it converted over to obd1 which has about 130,000 miles on it.
This was done last fall. Everything I list now is new at swap or new within last 2 years.
Clutch, timing belt, water pump, engine has all new seals and gaskets. Did not do anything to the block minus seals, gaskets. Axles, axle seals on tranny, brakes, all ball joints, heater valve and a bunch of other stuff irrelevant.

This just started a few days ago and hasn't quit. While driving and in all gears the car shakes bad as in front end shake. If I leave it in gear and let off the gas it goes away. Does not happen in neutral at any speed. This only happens in any gear when I apply gas?
I know the ignition coil needs replacing because it stutters from start to 2100 ish rpm in any gear as long as it is under 2100 rpm.
Would this be tranny related? Even though it only happens under acceleration?

Any one have any guidance as to where to start looking? I plan to change the dizzy out with a distributor kings one just because I need to get new cap and rotor as well as the coil which is 100.00 alone.

Thanks for any useful help.

does it feel low on power?
If it's ignition it's the coil
if it's not you probably have bad axles

Other than having a heavy car with a dinky engine there is no abnormal loss of power.
But I haven't really tried to push the car since this happened. It feels like the wheel is off balance or the lugs are loose but neither is true and also that would vibrate always during rotation not just under gas.
I can feel it in the steering wheel, pedals and the dash and drivers door really vibrate hard.
but once I let off the gas everything goes away.

Sorry for the length I just want to explain this as accurate and detailed as possible.

Ok I did have to replace a boot clamp on inboard a while back (thanks dad) I got a warranty replacement and installed that today.

No more problem. Thanks and for everyone else to know. Bad inner cv's or dry can cause a hellacious wobble feeling while driving.
