Default Si Cluster install? need help

Okay so I went ahead and bought the Si cluster for my car, figuring that it would just plug right in and work. When I plug it in no rpms, oil light stays on and when I hit the brights my check engine bulb lit up. Do you have to wire something different? Also on my original cluster there is a place for a green plug with 2 wires going to the back of the speedo, on the new one there's not a place for it. What am I doing wrong? Or did I just get ripped off?

I did search and the only things that came up were for an integra cluster and someone with the same question about the middle plug. Turns out it is from an 89 so it won't work for mine, right?
