Default How to clean Water Spots

I have water spots on my windows and my paint. Does anybody know what i need to use to clean it all off. I've used window cleaner and it didnt work.

acid wash. Go to your local car wash/detail shop and see what they can do for you.

Dry your car when your done washing. Dont let the drops of water sit on the paint and let them dry by them selves. Unless your talking about acid rain damage, try a cleaner wax. If that dosnt work you have to try something more abrasive.

I beleive it is acid rain damage. I bought the car a few weeks ago and I thought I could wash it off and dry it well but wont come off. Its on the windows too. It drives me crazy seeing it on there.

On the windows, you can use 0000 steel wool or some sort of cleaner polish like Klasse All-in-one. On the rest of the car...try some vinegar. Probably wont work unless they are super-new water spots. You'll probably need a Porter cable or rotary buffer and some aggressive polish to get right of them.

use CLR on the paint and a razor blade on the windows...the waxing and what not doesnt really do anything
