Getting an alignment fix problem?
I have a problem with my back wheels ...didn't get an alignment done or anything when I put my new wheels on...and they're starting to bow inwards pretty good..I'm gonna get an alignment done..and I guess they adjust the toe..or camber ..or whatever in the hell it is....does that fix it for good...or will the problem persist?? I understand it probably matters on how u drive it...and you can go through some tires...LOL...but just thought i'd ask before I go get it done...

When you say bow inwards your talking about the camber of your wheels right? If thats the case, unless you have aftermarket camber arms, the stock suspension doesnt have any camber adjustment. Also you dont need an alignment after just installing wheels. If you did suspension, then you'd need to get an alignment done.

Yeah i did the Eibach Pro kit which was only a modest 1" drop so the alignment geometry wasn't really affected, but i see the Tein are a little lower. My suggestion is to go to a place with a laser alignment machine. That would be the most accurate way to get your alignment fixed. If you go back to the dealer it probably won't come out right.

Yeah, I actually talked to someone there at the dealership..they said they can't get my car up on the rack once it's been lowered..that I have to take it to another place...I absolutely think the dealer despises aftermarket things with a passion...LOL

They do. They run like dogs when it comes to aftermarket cars. Why wouldn't they be able to get your car up on the rack? Isn't the S2K lower than the Si?

An alignment SHOULD be able to correct most of the toe/camber/caster issues. Anytime you change the geometry of the suspension(IE springs) you'll get alignment issues. Ultimatley you may end up having to get camber kits but an alignment will more than likely prevent serious tire wear. And yes any alignment service they perform is "permanent" provided you dont go changing out susp parts again
CAMBER IS UNADJUSTABLE ON OUR CARS, as well as 99% of all Hondas. Naturally our rear tires already have about 2 degrees of negative camber (which is a lot)!! So by lowering the vehicle with after market springs, brings that number to almost drifting alignment specs. There are camber kits available for to allow adjustments. Keep in mind the rears tires have 2 degrees of negative camber and .7 degrees of postive toe. The fronts are set to .5 degrees negative camber, and 0 degrees of toe. (OEM spec) I had to re-do my alignment 4 times already after 15k. I would jus use the alignment machine at work for free.
