The Car Idles At 4k When Cold and When Car Is Warmed Up It Idles At 3k Now i Replace the TPS with a Used working one is they any other suggestions why it might be doing this it is an 93 honda civic hatch cx with an Si motor swap outta a 93 civic si (SOHC)

 

check for vacumm leaks. test your iacv or clean it. adjust the needle on the tb and see if that helps.

 

adjust the idle on the TB turn it down
