Are you going to be s/c or turbo in the future. If you are going turbo, I wouldn't waste the money. For the header you can check http://www.optauto.com or http://www.jdmhondaparts.com or there are a couple guys on the board that have shops.

Be sure to check out www.fastlineperformance.com, they make a good skidplate for the 4-1 header... good idea to protect your investment
