i just bought a 91 integra ls and when i bought it it ran fine. but out of nowhere my rpm's started jumping up and down. and now it's bogging in minimal amounts. i heard that it could be the spark plugs but i highly doubt it. i need some help in figuring out what it is. any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated.
