Running a b18b1 engine, and as many know the stock intake manifold blows. Im looking for a new manifold that would suit a turbo app better, so was wondering which out of the skunk2 or victorX people prefer, and reasons why. And if you prefer a different manifold please post info. thankyou

 

Depends on what kind of power you are pushing and which you prefer, mid-range or high-end.

Skunk2/BLOX is probably better for mid-range on a LS because you are only revving to ~7k rpms. If you are pushing 30+ psi and have a built LS head for higher revs, then maybe you want to consider the Edlebrock.

 

Well being tax money is now coming in, im going to be running a moderate turbo build, im aiming for a smooth powerband with more mid range, but something that wont fall flat on its face in topend. So i guess im looking at the skunk2 or blox.

 

if you have enough money, just get the skunk2 and get it portmatched to your head, then get your throttle body inlet port matched to your tb
