how much work am i getting myself into if i were to change over
from cable to hydrolic trans?

i was wanting shorter gear ratios from a gsr or itr for my 90 da

 

You could always get a cable B16 or GSR trans (or the shorter ratio LS if Im not mistaken). The conversion isnt too bad....as long as you buy the conversion kit.

Notice the, "Includes both the transmission mount and the lever assembly to actuate the hydraulic clutch using the original clutch cable."

I think you can buy just the lever action in that kit and not the mounts for about $160 or something.
