Default Oil for 97 Prelude

I just got an oil change for my 97 Prelude, and I realized they put in 10W-30 instead of 5W-30. I know 5W-30 is better for the colder weather. With me living in NJ, can I leave the 10w-30 in my car or will it be harmful.

it won't be harmfull. Just if it gets realy realy cold you might have a little trouble starting the car. When you start it just let it warm up properly for a few mins. There's nothing wrong with 10W30

If it were me, I would change it. Then again I am freakishly **** about everything. You will probably be just fine.

Honestly it will make little diff. In fact if your car burns any oil (like most H22a's) it should reduce the oil loss slightly.

Did Autozone put you up to this?
Cuz this came up to me at autzone with me

I would not go against SAE but, if it was me i would use 5w30 or at least 5w30 half blend that has a good price (ford 5w30.)I know not to mix syntetic and non syntetic together but, now a days with these big oil companies it's getting tricky.. My question is half blend cause i'm confused is it half non-syntetic and half syntetic what's in this stuff anyways.
