They look good but only on certain colors if they have a CF hood, anyone have a pic of them at night

Just curious - what's the difference between 88-89 and 90-91 on headlights? Are they shaped somewhat differently? I always see the breakout between the years, so there has to be something, right?

Those are some really good-looking headlights - I've been looking for a replacement, since I've got the condesation-in-the-headlights look right now, and would like to swap. Anyone know where to get 'em in a non-ebay way?

here we go with the over use of the word "RICE"....guys just a little insite into this site...if you post anything about headlights, taillights, body kits, or any wheels over a 15 in here...there will be some little *** come in and call you rice, besides if everything like this is rice, then i guess you think cf hoods and aftermarket seats are rice also

 

Word... Seems like a lot of people love hating and flaming rather than trying to be helpful. They figure if they label it "rice", all the other haters will join his/her bandwagon and hate on that particular product, as well. Sad... very sad.

Anyway... Those projectors look a lot different than mine. I thought they'd be just like mine, but with a black background, but they're definitely different. I'd like to see them in person. If it looks good with a c/f hood as was said earlier, maybe i'd like on my car since i have a c/f hood too.

 

those headlights are rad. i want a set.

 

The different is in the headlight housings and how they sit in the radiator support, the actual lights themselves are the same. I like those new projectors really kewl, not "rice" at all in my opinion.

 

Just wanted to give my two cents here I hate it when your reading a post about something that interests you and some dipshit puts in the ever popular "THAT'S SOOOOO RICE" reply in there. If it bothers you that much then don't use the forums because it's inevitable that there will be something like that.

By the way as for projectors, do they light up the road very well I've heard that their light output isn't as good as factory?

before you use the term "RICE" look @ your car and see if it's even worth mentioning. I personally like the headlight and I infact, will buy me one since my headlight is flooded w/ water inside (and if the price is right). I think it's funny how people here are *conceited* thinking they're the **** just because their car's clean *aka stock w/ nothing*. Yeah..I import JDM parts and I can get those JDM headlight if i want but why would I want to put another 10+ year old headlight onto my car?

Yeah, there is definetely a lot of "rice" out there, but I think around honda-tech what is considered rice has gone over board. EVERYTHING is rice. Calm down!! Just cause its not stock or JDM everyone automatically titles it rice. Good lord.

I think those head lights look nice. And as far as projectors lighting up better or worse? My friends 92-95 civic had projectors on it, and they lighted the road up WAY better than stock. It was like driving around with your brights on, but not. Then when you turn the brights on, it was like day light outside.

 

Hhahhahaha ahhhh I made some Rice Boys mad, because I talked about there projectors and apc taillights. Sorry but that stuff is way GHEY.
