i have a car that someone stole and primered, but whoever stole it didnt scuff the clear,
wondering if anyone knows any thing that will remove the primer but not the clear
because the paint was in good condition

 

Wetsand with 2000 grit and hope for teh best..

After sanding you will need to buff the clearcoat to bring back the shine..

 

Don't roll with somebody elses stolen car.....
