Default Fraud from a guy in Orlando..

It is my understanding that a guy named Steve Mancuso is ripping people off. So far I know of two fellow honda-techer's that he did this to. Cheetah and Slofu. He ripped them off on a Type R head and Type R intake manifold w/throttle body. People send him money and he doesn't give them parts.

To be honest I don't want to get involved HOWEVER, this guy is making a habit of this, and I will not put up with this sh*t. I was im'd the guy's address and guess what he lives in my neighborhood. I'm going to have a little talk with him and his family today. I'm gonna give him the option of a) returning their money b) giving them their goods or c) turn him into the sheriff

What's funny is, his parents are aware of this, but I guess they don't really care.. I'll make it VERY CLEAR that I care...

So if you have been ripped off by this guy let me know. I'm gonna bring up all the ripoffs that he has done.

Good luck, but be careful and remember not to overstep your bounds. If this guys parents aren't interested or are in denial, you are probably better off just leaving it to the police. I had an instance where a Buddy Club suspension and Spoon cluster were fraudulently purchased from us and through the help of some friends, I tracked down the suspension - not too many of those in Tampa. After finding out who had the unit, I talked to his parents and the response I got was not one of help, but of attitude. I knew then why there was a problem in the first place. I am all for sticking up for your kids, but there comes a point where you have to see the writing on the wall. Again, good luck.

I went to high school with Steve Mancuso. I never affilated myself with him. He was a grade ahead of me. The only think that I know is that he drives a EBP SI with 17" white rims.

In that case all Orlando h-t guys please meet up with me tonight. I promise I won't let iit get out of hand. I just called the orange cty sheriff and there is recourse for internet fraud.. Don't be afraid to report people. I'm going over there to give him one last chance (well not really) just to illustrate that we are on to him.

Dude...if this guy showed up at my house dressed like that and with those things in his hands...I'd call the cops on myself.

If I was in a position to comfront an individual in this situation I would call the police and explain the situation. In my city(maybe the whole State) we have what is called an officer standby. Basically there is an officer there, he's not there to arrest anyone or serve any papers etc. Basically he's just there to make sure you don't do anything illegal, and make sure the individual doesn't do anything illegal. Just an FYI.

I merely want to explain to him that I'm a representative from honda-tech and that I'm aware of the crime that he is doing. I just want to make it clear that he needs to send the parts that he agreed to (legally binding contract), refund their money immediately, or be arrested, arraigned and put in jail. There are 2 counts of fraud that I personally know of with this guy. He obviously has no intention of providing the parts and thinks this is a game. Little does he know that this a felony and I'm sure the judge won't take this lightly. Apparently his parents are aware and don't really give a hoot.

I called the Orange Cty Sheriff and asked them questions. There advice was to call the police in the area that the party resides in as well as your local police.

In this case the parties involved have to call the Orange County Sheriff at 407-737-2400.. I'm sure this case will be cut and dry and this ****** will do some jail time..

Don't be afraid to stand up to bullshit people, fight for your rights. I'm sick of this world for once I'd like to see justice.

Good work!
If more internet scammers had to worry about these kind of "personal" confrontations, I'm sure the number of scams would drop heavily.

Awesome

I bet with the proper evidence, paperwork, etc...the kid will fold like a napkin, his parents will listen to everything you have to say/show and everything will get taken care of.

I dont think its the kids running these operations out of Moms basement that everyone has to worry about.

Fast94GSR gets for taking the initiative
Dont roll up in numbers...maybe 2 or 3 max...I bet all will go smoothly.
