Default is this a decent cheap setup? v.tokico

I'm just looking for a smoother ride then what I have now. Currently the car has some bouncey *** ebay springs. I would like to replace them before I bolt my turbo on.

then yes smoother ride over bouncy ebay springs and stock shock/struts. and yes cheap
illuminas are nicer and adjustable... save longer for better performance (thats just what i did)

what would u recommend? Im tired of scraping and bouncing all over the place. I want something a little higher then crushed and something that isnt bouncey. my budget isnt the greatest when it comes to shocks. maybe 500?
