Default signs of my headgasket goin??? need help!!!

hi everyone i have notice that there is a bit of oil leaking in the area where my head/block/tranny meets. here are some pictures, i just wanted to get some second opinions before i go and get a new headgasket.
my questions are
1. if the oil is leaking from the cam seal is it possible for it to reach where the block/head meets?
2. how much is labor for a headgasket swap?
3. should i be worried about anything else being affected by this oil leakage?

this is my daily and i need to get this fixed asap. thanks

a way to check if the headgasket is going is if when you drain the oil, you see coolant in there too. The pictures look like the cam seal, the oil can reach where the head/block meets.

hmm the car runs fine. i checked the dip stick and there is no sign of oil loss or coolant. i just want to fix the problem before it becomes more of an issue.

Cam seal.....oil is leaking down from the cam seal to the headgasket....not up to the cam seal from the headgasket. Just replace the cam seal and you'll be fine...well really thats not enough oil to worry, but go ahead and replace it just because.

A good way to tell is to pressure wash your engine, then watch to see where it is coming from, I also say cam seal because mine is bad too.
