looking for info on a 95 integra.......
im new to this Honda thing , and im using this car mostly for IT racing and ice racing , is there a way to bump up the timing a bit? and to how much? my background is mostly vw and datsun , and with those cars being low tech it was easy to transfer parts from one to another example of throttle bodies , is there a larger stock one that be applied to this car ? anything else that i can do gain a little more hp and torque? its a 95 integra ls non v tec
The throttle body won't net you any gains. You can advanc the timing on the distributor, however doing so changes the phasing of the cam angle sensor which moves around the start of injection point among other things. Tune it through the ECU on a dyno or just leave it alone. My LS engine with a good header and exhaust only made about 10 wheel HP more after tuning.

My apologies then. I didn't realize there was an IT class in Canada. 99% of the people that run in a class that allows alternate tb's don't run a non-vtec motor, so I didn't even think twice that you might be running under a different rule set. Throw that location and association you run with out there and you'll usually get more pertinent information to your situation, instead of having to wade through posts made on insufficient information.
