Default CAM Specs!?

I'm thinking about doing a cam swap... but first I'm trying to get some research done...I'm looking for a cam that would work well with some forced induction/turbo... any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated... thanks!

CTR's/Type R's when tuned right will make the most power on a forced induction setup for a reasonable price...The LSA and duration arent hectic so the overlap it does have can be tuned out pretty easily with cam gears to maximize gains

I heard using ctr exhaust and gsr intake cam helps spool faster. That's what some guy with a turbo b20vtec told me when we went to pick up ctr exhaust cam for my friend.

youd use both ctr cams or the ctr intake cam...not the GSR intake cam....That guy sounds like a ricer
