Not trying to be a dick but who the hell is going to trade a TL, RL, or even a Lexus for this hatch with a salvage title with 160k miles with a few parts and a single cam? Think about what your asking. Thats like saying one of those cars is worth 5k because thats what your asking for the car. Think about what your asking.
The wheels are worth a good bit ya, but not to that extent.

dick do some research....92-97 lexus sc300's/400's go anywhere from 2g's to 10g's al;l day....PLENTY in the sub $5k range....
TL's are a little more than $5k...ive seen a handfull for $6k-$7k...

to me it is...and thats why i will keep it if i don't get $5k...so not trying to be a dick guys, but the price is the price...unless you intend on handing me $5k, then don't inquire about the car....it's a waste of time....
Bay is not painted, 157k on the clock.....perfect compression, no grinds, you can come drive the car, and i will do a comp. test in front of you
It averages 25-28mpg goin about 70-80mph PERFECT DD!~

nvm than just figured wed give u some insight on the subject because a car w 157k on the motor/chassis, and an unpainted bay, withc probably means unpainted interior, and possibly door jams...and a salvage title it just doesnt seem like its worth anything near 5000...good luck ont he sale though...your gonna need it
