I assume, "no rice"

Looks good other than then the few stickers. I think they take away from the car. Just my opinion though.

if your talking about the sticker on the front bumper, I'm pretty sure it means "no rice" lol, but very clean car! maybe drop the rear a little bit more?

good idea w/ the tow hook, but try and straighten it out a bit, would look much better
