rattling when accelerating?
this isn't consistent but sometimes when i hit the gas harder than normal, i hear a slight rattling sound near the back right of my car. obviously i can't climb to the back seat and look for it while im driving so anyone have any idea what it is? and when i accelerate i'm not pushing the card extremely hard. sounds like its coming from the rear right hand seat.
make sure your muffler is braced on right. There should be several rubber pieces under the car that attatch it and make sure they are on right.
hm, maybe, but i don't think its my muffler. it sounds like its coming from right on top of my rear right side passenger seat. like sort of near where the seats would fold down i think. is there any way the lock could be loose or something?
well there are several rubber pieces along the exhaust that support it so look...
Also it could be your catalytic converter heat shield.. make sure that's well attatched.

any idea of what year/model this car is? Some of the exhaust systems do pass beside the passenger rear strut
I like that quote about GDD
