Whats the white stain on the seats? Powder or is that some type of sun fade?

Thats not a stain nor a fade mark. Its the way the material was pushed, if you go push it back the other way it'll be black.

Have any idea what the exact condition of that GSR head is? Regarding mileage, time its been sitting, any issues with valvetrain, or damage?

When the head was purchased it came off a running 95 GSR and i'm not sure how many miles are on it .
