Wow.. I've been through those threads and not one car fits the criteria I'm looking for.. the one thats remotely close has a painted mugen lip...

I dont know how much this helps but here is my 96-98 front Civic with a Spoon Carbon Fiber Lip. FYI, my car wasn't really lowered because of my motor, but you may be able to lower with you engine application.
