Default omni power laves.....diffrence in high compression and standard?

is it as simple as i think.....any compression over stock get the high compression 1s lol...like 11.5:1

The flat bottom high compression valves should net you about .2 more compression.

you get the high comp to raise your compression 2-3 points like he said^

what would the cc difference be between a stock b16 head & a the b16 head wit the omni flat valves
