honda rust (holes)

i need some help on welding ma car i have 2 holes on the bottom of ma 91 si
i dun know what is the steps of welding the sheets of metal under neath and yes i have a welder

well if its underneath the car that will be easy just cut out all the rust and cut a peice of metal the size of the hole and tack weld it in then paint so it wont rust again.
