I have had a gfew ef's. a b16 hatch that i loved and a b16 turbo crx that i screwed myself with. anyway, i've been looking for a 4-door or maybe another hatch. and i came across this.

A 90 si hatch. black w/white hood. has a jdm d15b vtec motor, but doesn't run. the kid says it needs a new body wiring harness. personaly i think he's just an idiot and has no idea what he's doing. so he's only asking 500 for it cuz its sitting at a house that he has moved out of, and the owner of the place want the car gone. only thing holding me back is he said it has a lost title. which sux cuz then you never know if its clean or branded, and everyone hates going through DMV ****.

so my dilema. #1 should i buy? #2 should i just get it home strip it junk the chasis? or keep it?

i know i could part it out for more than 500. so what do my fellow HT peeps think?

 

run the vin on carfax either way i would talk him down to 300 cause he needs it gone then buy it.

 

YEA I THINK EJAY HAS THE RIGHT IDEA... TALK HIM DOWN A BIT, THEN SWOOP IT UP AND STRIP ALL THE USEFUL STUFF, THEN JUNK THE REST!!!
