Autozone sells the cabin air filters, fram has a decent guide on how to replace it. Personally unless your air smells funny I wouldn't waste your money, I learned the hard way. All I did was break panels and get a little better at removing them on the ones I didn't break for really no noticeable difference.
I've changed mine twice now, and each time the filters were horrendously filthy.
It can be a little bit of a pain to change. You'll need to remove the top trim panel of the storage unit underneath the radio. (Pry it out.) Then the lower dash covering/panel underneath the glove box. (One screw on the left which should now be visible after removing the center storage panel, 2, maybe 3, screws behind the right fuse panel cover, and a bunch of clips.) Then you remove the glove box. (Bunch of screws, including one at the bottom which is visible after removing the dash panel. You also have to disengage the hinges by squeezing them towards each other. Then pull the glove box upwards.) After that, you'll need to remove a reinforcement bar. (2 screws?) Then you can pop the cover off the filter box and slide each of the filters out.
I think the Bosch filters from AutoZone come with some basic instructions (with pics). A Haynes manual would be handy too, if you don't have a service manual.
As long as your careful, you won't break anything.

Don't know the part number but here is a good write-up on how to replace it.

Also, that link can be found in the Accord FAQ under the Maintenance section
