electric vss wire colors

electric vss wire colors

the vss is out of a 94 civic dx what wire is for what? it goes black, yel/blu, yel/wht. i know black is ground but witch one is power and signal?

I'm not good with the colors, but i remember the middle one's the signal.

ok just tested a friends car and the middle is the 12v maybe different for different cars? anywase incase anyones needs it

yel/blu-12v
yel/wht-signal
thats the order on my plug.

Hmm...this makes me wanna switch my VSS over to a electric one. Would I need to change my cluster aswell? Probably eh...meh, too much work at that point.

haha theres no reason to run an electic one unless your useing a different cluster like dc teg like what i just put in or si coupe one pretty much any newer cluster thats not cable driven.
