i replaced the fuel filter on my 00 si. the service bolt that relieves the pressure to the lines has the shoulder washer on it and a smaller zinc washer. well the filter comes with a replacement washer for the zinc one so how do you get the shoulder washer off to put the small one one?the cuurent one cracked when we put it all back together and sprayed all over the place. in the pack there was 3 washers one for ontop the filter its self, one for ontop the fuel out line and a smaller one that looks to me to replace the one on the 10mm service bolt.
