Right i am new to this forum, i m from UK and if someone can help with any suggestions about the what turbo manifold to go for. I am planning to biuld my turbo system myself and buy each part seperate.

Also what turbo unit will be good for my set up? I will be happy if i get around 250 WHP. Is Garrett GT28RS good unit?

Can i run this sort of power with stock internals?

Where can i find Intercooler kit for EK civic B16?

WHat about manifolds? Is this any good?

Buy a combo set like manifold, downpipe, and dumptube so you wont have to worry about getting DP made etc etc. Some sponsor on here offer pretty nice prices for those, like spoolin performance
