bought vehicle last night from ef sedan member evil-ryu. said motor was blown, so took it apart this morning and this is what i found. enjoy!

The Hatch I recently bought came with a burnt valve. Cracked it open out of curiousity and found 1/4 of a valve missing. Just swapped in the CRX's old motor.

Have fun man.

 

already had plans to put d16z6 in vehicle. hopefully i will have it in by next week.

 

Going OBD1 as well? Makes a big differnce to run VTEC properly.

Lol, that would explain why it's only in 1 cylinder... </TD></TR></TABLE> When I dropped a valve in my A6, chunks of the piston and valve actually reverted back into the intake manifold and got sucked into other cylinders.

 

same hear. pieces of piston are in every cylinder. just wating for wiring harness.

 

I'll keep my eye's on this build. Loved the sedan when evil-ryu had. Can't wait to see what you'll do with it
