Default Rust on 99 SIR

Quick question i was looking closley at my bumber on my 99 sir and there is some rust bubbles forming near where the bumbers clips are on the side of the car and i was wondering what i can do 2 elminate the problem before i have 2 repaint my bumber, like the rust is in a very early stage but i dont want it 2 progress anymore

Go to your local auto parts store and pick up a rust protection spray that should really slow down the process until you have the time or money to get it repaired correctly.

The only true way to fix the rear 1/4 panel rust is to cut away the portion of metal rusting and replace it. If you don't it will always come back over time.

Chances are, it isnt just surface rust.
Check the back-side of the panel, see how bad the deterioration really is, before you go about fixing it.
Rust protection spray isnt going to slow or stop the oxidation, once its started...
