Yesterday I was working on my cousin's car and his 91 accord has a crazy idle from 1k-3k and also the car would die after driving it (randomly). We saw that the distributor was bad because oil was leaking from the dist. cap and the seal inside was done and replaced it the dist. Next, we check the vacuum lines and everything is plugged in and correct, we also played with the idle screw and cleaned the IACV (still idle funni). I checked the code on the accord and it read 02 sensor (on the way this weekend). My question is did we do everything correct?

 

forgot to mention that we done that already and the t-stat was changed 4 months ago.
