Default Would these seats work for 100 bucks?

I was at one of my local junk yards the other day when I seen this nice 2001 tiburon there. Now I am not a fan of tiburons but when I looked at the interior I spotted some NICE black and grey leather seats. When I asked the guy how much he wanted them for he said 120 bucks. Now I have done alot of dealing with junk yards before and I know that means I can get them for 100.

What I am wondering though...will these seats work. Can I modify the bracket somehow to where it will fit in my 90 crx. I would hate to let this deal go buy. I think they would look great in a crx. What do you guys think?

Here are some random pics I found online of what these seats look like.

They would look good they are tight seats but they "may not" be worth the trouble it takes to modify the brackets. You would probably have to rip the brackets out of your stocks and try and weld them to these seats.

why bother, they're heavy and cheaply made, they're also big as hell so good luck making low enough brackets.
