Default **463hp D16Y8**

Well finally after about almost a year, the power is finally where I wanted it. Car pulls like a motherf*****, cant wait to get to the track come spring time.

Here is the setup:

Block:
Benson Sleeved D16Y8 9:0 Compression
CP Pistons
Eagle Rods
ACL Bearings
Micropolished Crank

Head:
D16Y8 Head
Ported and Polished
Isky Valvesprings/Retainers
Zex 105300 Cam
Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket
Edelbrock Performer X Intake Manifold w/ port matched TB (60mm)

Transmission:
D16Y8 Transmission
OBX LSD
Action 2MS 6-puck clutch
ACT Streetlite Flywheel
OEM Axles/tranny fluid
L-Con traction Bar

Turbo Setup:
GT30r .60a/r intake, .63 a/r exhaust
Precision 1000cc Injectors
AFI Ramhorn Manifold, 3” DP
Tial 38MM Wastegate w/ 18 PSI Spring
JRC 8” IC
2.5” Intercooler piping
3” exhaust turbo back

And the dyno sheet

Dyno looks drawn on due to last pull being in yellow, which was impossible to see.

Going for mid 11's come spring time.

Ben

Awesome numbers, is this on pump gas? what was your max timing? Looks like it spools kind of slower than i actually thought it would. Nice numbers though man, definately hopefully i can be up there with all you 400whp d-series.

How is the transient response compared to the GT28rs you had previously, and how much psi exactly?

You really need to do something about that powerband. You are going to hit full boost, need to shift, fall all the way out of boost, hit full boost, need to shift. I'd be surprised if you hit 11's with that power.
