i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem, i bought this car with no engine or harness it is a 97 del sol, i've been having trouble finding a stock harness, because it is a two peice sub harness like an obd 1 set up, and no a prelude harness will not work

 

of course a prelude harness wont work

Have you put an engine and ecu into the car yet? If so, try to find a harness to match those two things.

If you dont have anything, just get an obd1 d16z6 harness and make the entire car obd1

 

Try ebay or looking on craigslist

 

i can get a civic one piece harness and ecu to match but what about the cluster it won't work

 

You have a cabin harness, an engine harness, and a instrument harness:
32100-SR2-A82 WIRE HARNESS, CABIN
32200-SR2-A30 WIRE HARNESS, ENGINE ROOM
2117-SR2-A24 WIRE HARNESS, INSTRUMENT


1, 12, 5 respectively

Civics have these same harnesses - cabin, engine, and instrument

1, 10, 5

thank you for all your help , i know i probably sound crazy but the harness for a civic will not work , it is set up like a prelude i will have to take some pictures to show you , i to went on a web site that has harness layouts like the one you have posted but, the harness in the pictures are in acurate
