I'm trying to remove my carpet and I am stuck under the dash trying to take off the foot rest. I've tried prying the corners of it but it just starts to break. Can anyone help me out please!!!

 

There are bolts on the foot rest. IF i remember it would be on the left side of it.

How do I get to these bolts? I can't even remotely move that pedal let alone get to some bolts.

 

Anyone?

 

You pry the textured center piece out and there are 2 bolts underneath.
