ok thans for the replies ive made my mind.. here is my shopping list what doi need to alter and what should i add
b16a head
type r pistons ( should i use other pisons?)
connecting rods ( eagle) what series should i use?
shot peening rods
Type r cams
aem can gears
what kind of oil pump and fuel pump should i use.. the oem ones are expensive 463 canadien for the fuela nd 194 for the oil pump

oh forgot im using a type r manifold...

 

the oilpump and water pump that you run depend on what timing belt you wanna run also..

remember you gotta get the head prepped to sit on the nonvtec block, dowel pins etc.

also you need to run oil lines to the head
make sure you have a vtec solenoid, then your going to either have to get a vtec ecu, and a vtec wireharness or run and additional wire to the vtec solenoid.
