Default will these axles work?

i have an engine and tranny out of a 91 crx si, i am thinking about getting a 88 hf with a blown motor, what axles will work with my engine and tranny because i though i rememberd that the hf/std axles would not work in a si,dx,or lx. am i right?

All USDM Civic / CRX axles are the same at the transmission, so it only matters what your exterior hubs are. So in the HF you could use your stock HF axles until you swap up to some beefier wheel hubs.
