My friend is going there for the summer; his gf lives there and is going home for the summer and comming back next year.

So is it possible she could get me something like a header or something? Any ideas? I am thinking since she is a student here in the US but lives in Japan she can she gets to bring more stuff over, etc.

fee of what you declare it costs...i.e. a 600 dollar header if you claim its 150, you should be fine... they allow up to 500 dollars free to claim.
