Default Opinion Needed Wheel/Tires/Sizes

Okay, so I just recently picked up my S2000, love it! It's a 2000 but with low miles, black on black... what I've always wanted... so I figured I'd S/C it... ahh too much money to do that right now... so I believe I want to get different wheels and tires... I got the smoke side markers and going to do the smoke diffusers in the headlights soon... I'm going for the stealth sleek black look... I would love a grey or black look with a stainless or chrome lip... thinking about these rims:

Wasnt sure how it'd be though with the 18x7.5... I'd try to keep them staggered by getting all of them 18x7.5 but put 215/40/18s on the front and 245/35/18s on the back... please give me your opinion...

I like the way the wheels look but is 18" too big without being lowered? Tire sizes okay?? Would this effect anything? Don't mind me... new to the S2000

Maybe:
215/40-18 (Front)
265/35-18 (Rear)??

The +42 offset for the rear is a bit low for the 265 rear. Fronts should fit though.

I do not mean to sound stupid but how would that effect things? What do people think about the color too on a berlina?

Form (looks) is one thing, but function and reliability is the other factor you have to consider. If it rubs against the fender and slice a tire, it doesn't really fit.

Any recommendations on what size should be max for the rear to avoid this? the guy I spoke to on the phone said the 215s and the 245s... the website I was looking at said the 265s

I feel like such an idiot when it comes to wheels/tires... please help

I am torn in so many directions right now... I am not sure how those carbon finish wheels would look on the berlina... if I should go black, gunmetal, chrome...I keep going back and forth from the carbon finish to chrome... I am not even sure what offset is reasonable... or what size would give me the best performance look and feel... any help?

I was also looking at:

Just looking for people's opinions please... maybe pictures??

I dont know about those sizes, yo. Some will fit , but wont look that great. Stray away from super cheap wheels. Take a look at the thread titled "show me a picture of a clean S2000". It's got some awesome pics. If you're willing to spend some more, the ENKEI RPF1s look great on S@NT0S's and other people's cars that are on that thread. Those a relatively cheap at around $1k shipped. I think they all have agressive offsets that require you to roll the lip inside of your fender, though. For your fronts, a good looking, but not too agressive size could possibly be 17x7.5 +45 and for the rear, look somewhere in the 17X8.5 +50 range so you can leave your fenders stock. I'm still kinda dileberating within my self on which wheels to get. I found one set that NOBODY has....kinda wanted to keep it secret until i got them or got something else. Either that, or going to ADVAN RGIIs which im most likely going to go with. I dont know either, dammit! lol. take a look at the thread, though.
