And I tell you the truth... that sunnavabitch is QUICK... was pulling consistent LOW 8 second passes at the track tonight. :D

There were more out there... but I couldn't get my camera dialed in by the time they left... I went from a 1/20, 1/10, half a second, 2 seconds, and 3, and 4 second exposure times to get it to come like that..... and by then, some STi's, Evo or 2, some SRT-4's and a NICE S13 240 had left. But I hope they will be back out again Saturday when we do it again.

When I first saw it, I said the same thing.... I saw the FMIC... and thought "WTF!?!?!?!"

And then I ran him in the Mustang... and he pulled on me through first and second, and I barely squeezed him at the finish line. He has done more work since then... so he could probably walk my *** like crazy now.

It's a bad *** car... no doubt about that. Still has the full interior too.

 

Um... we all live in the same area and I wasn't invited? I am hurt.
And the track was open tonight? It was kinda cold out. I know at 1030 when I went to Austins house it was like 30º. How long was it open till?

He has some special wheels planned for it after his next deployment.

He actually rattle canned those OEM Mazda 6 wheels himself. More detailed pics hopefully today.

 

I love the color of that mazda 6 but not feeling the wheels.

The blue mustang is real nice.

Also the supercharged one is awsome to.

Civic Si is clean.

I helped him install the blower kit... it was a BITCH, but we got it in there. And he let me drive it after he got it dyno tuned... and I must say... that car pulls the hardest than ANY car I have been in/drove. It is freakin WICKED quick.

Alex's Subaru Legacy SpecB... same as an STi... 2.5l Turbo AWD, ta39? turbo... same EXACT motor/drive line as an STi, but in a Legacy platform...With more bells and whistles. Navigation, digital gauges in the nav screen, "programmable OEM ECU (3 different power settings), 6 speed... A BAD *** car.



My Mustang and Chris' WRX (BOV, Invidia downpipe, intake, UpPipe/header, exhaust.

 

I saw a black STI running down wilma last night next to an F150 and it obsioulsly beat his *** but it sounded ******* awsome. I love the way an STI sounds. Sorry for the random post. I need to make something to eat and go to bed.

in the 1/8th which is a high 13, low 14sec 1/4.

if it does 8 second 1/4s in street trim i humbly apologize.

 

I actually just read what gives the boxer engines in the STi, WRX, and Legacy's their tone....

The unequal length exhaust manifolds leading to the turbos. They are obviously unequal, which clashes the exhaust pulses in the exhaust stream, and give it that distinct sound...

Alex told me that someone makes an equal length header for the Legacy SpecB that gives like 30 HP, but you loose that distinct boxer sound that I personally love so much.

Not quite..... I WISH it did... I would be riding in that car all the time. There is another 03-04ish GT that is claiming 8 sec 1/4 mile passes with NMRA last year that is from Clarksville... and I have seen photos... and it is one HELL of a car.

But for what it is... that black Mustang is STOUT... hardest pulling car I have personally drove.

That Corvette is (perhaps) the QUICKEST out of the box car I have ever ridden in. Totally stock, and pulls harder than ANYTHING I have recently been inside.

And the Z is getting the Veilside Version 3 kit by Summer time.

Nope. It will soon be torn apart and rebuilt with a Lingenfelter 427 and Twin Turbo kit though.
