Best tires for these?
its not what the best tires for your wheels are but more the best tires size for your car and best tire for you and your budget!
So car year, model and what you expect from a tire.

Yup. Dave is correct. The best tire size depends on the car.
For example, for 16" wheels on a CRX, del sol, or pre-'96 Civic, then 205/40-16 is the best size. If it's an Integra or '97-00 Civic, then either 205/45-16 or 215/45-16 is the best size.

I agree that the Kumho Ecsta SPT is a great tire for the money ($65/tire in the 205/45-16 size you need), with very good dry traction, excellent wet traction, and excellent treadlife.
The Goodyear F1 GS-D3 will give you slightly better performance, but costs a whole lot more ($133/tire in 205/45-16).
Most folks will be very happy with the SPT. If you are willing to pay a lot more money for a bit higher performance, then the F1 GS-D3 is a good choice too.

You wont go wrong with the SPT, they have great dry traction and excellent wet traction and are not too noisy! I would not recommend this tire for no reason, I have a set and they are the best bang for the buck!

The Bridgestone Potenza RE-01R has excellent dry traction, but isn't great on wet pavement and doesn't last very long. It also isn't available in either of the 205/45-16 or 215/45-16 sizes you need. The Falken Azenis RT-615 is just as good, at half the price (although it, too, isn't great on wet pavement and doesn't last very long). If you care only about dry traction, get the RT-615 instead. The RT-615 comes in 215/45-16.
If you also care about wet traction and/or treadlife, then get the Kumho SPT or the Goodyear F1 GS-D3 as previously mentioned.
We don't just pick names out of a hat. We're aware of pretty much all the tires out there. The tires we recommend - like the SPT, F1 GS-D3, and RT-615 - are better in various ways than other summer tires on the market, and the choice among those three depends on your preference for dry performance, wet performance, treadlife, purchase price, etc. So if you ask "what about xxxx tire", there's probably a reason that one of these three tires is better than "xxxx tire".
Again:
If you care ONLY about dry traction, and you don't mind so-so wet performance or short treadlife (10-12K miles), get the Falken Azenis RT-615 in 215/45-16.
If you also care about wet traction and treadlife, but you don't care about purchase price, get the Goodyear F1 GS-D3 in 205/45-16.
If you care about dry traction, wet traction, and treadlife, and you're willing to trade off a little bit of performance for a much lower purchase price, get the Kumho SPT in 205/45-16.

The only summer tire sold by Bridgestone's Fuzion brand is the ZRi, and it's not as good as the Kumho SPT, which is similar in price.
