Help: clutch/ master clutch cylinder
Clutch pedal hits the floor and does not come back up. I checked for leaks from the engine bay and there are none however i have found leaks from the master clutch cylinder near the clutch pedal. which leads me to believe this is the reason the clutch is not coming back up because its loosing pressure from the leak.
My questions are:
Is my diagnosis correct?
If it is do i have to replace the whole cylinder of just the hosing and or the rubber part?

That rubber part is just a boot, the actual seal is inside...I'd get a new cylinder.
Personally I have had good luck with my MC and slave cylinder from ebay.

If the Master blows out, it's not necessary to change the slave. BUT, it's recommended to do both at the same time.
For example, you may replace the master cylinder, refill the fluid, rebleed, and then find out the slave was out too. Meaning you have to do it all over again.
